新Graduate School Opportunity for EC Communication Sciences Students

埃尔迈拉大学 and Thiel College recently signed an articulation agreement allowing 埃尔迈拉大学 communication sciences and disorders students to make a seamless transition to the Thiel speech-language pathology graduate program.

"The articulation agreement with Thiel is an excellent opportunity for EC communication sciences and disorders students,凯西·桑顿说, 埃尔迈拉大学 associate professor and director of communication sciences and disorders. "The agreement allows students to save money (no cost to apply, 没有GRE费用, and guaranteed scholarship), reduces the stress of applying to a multitude of graduate programs, and provides an early assurance of acceptance into graduate school in the student's junior year of undergraduate study."

Elmira students looking to take advantage of the new agreement must be communication sciences and disorders majors who are: (1) currently enrolled as an undergraduate in the communication sciences and disorders program; and (2) are a junior-level CSD major meeting the following requirements:

• Completes a successful interview with Thiel speech-language pathology graduate program faculty
• 有一个3.0 overall cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale with no more than two Cs in required CD coursework including biology, 化学或物理, and statistics by graduation from 埃尔迈拉大学

除了, Thiel College will guarantee a merit scholarship to any student admitted under the terms of Early Assurance, subject to MS-SLP program's usual renewal requirements.
