The newly developed 埃尔迈拉大学 Under Wing Alumni mentoring program capitalizes on EC’s active Alumni network to enhance career preparation opportunities for EC students.
Alumni mentors are currently being sought for the program. Those volunteering can expect to provide one of many career preparation roles, 包括教练, setting up informational interviews, connecting their mentee(s) with internship opportunities, reviewing resumes 和 cover letters, or presenting in EC classes either face-to-face or virtually.
“We have many dedicated Alumni who frequently ask how they can help EC 和 our students,保拉·李·霍布森说, Vice President of Institutional Advancement 和 Alumni 参与ment. “This program connects Alumni with current students who are eager to develop real-world career skills that will help them advance more quickly in their chosen fields.”
查德·索利02级，EC 校董会 member, is an Alumni mentor already 和 highly values the experience.

Students participating in the program will be selected through a nomination process. Since the focus is on those who have already identified their potential career paths, students will be rising sophomores 和 juniors. Those selected into the program will be matched with Alumni who match the student’s interests 和 career goals.
